1990-1992 (printed date). Large globe with TUZEX at left and right. This certificate was issued by the government owned company Tuzex. Foreign visitors could exchange their hard currency for regular Korun or the Tuzex vouchers. These vouchers were accepted at special stores where imported or exported goods could be bought. The common black market rate for Tuzex vouchers was 5-7 regular Korun for 1 Tuzex Koruna. Printer: VEB, Leipzig, Germany.
