L.1922. 25 Drachmai = 12 1/2 Drachmai. EK. 7, 8, 9 (p44, 47, 52). Many National Bank notes in circulation were cut in half. The left half remained legal tender until 1927 at half face value. The right half was considered a compulsory loan, equally valued at half face value.
